Our purpose is to promote awareness of sustainable and responsible tourism in Mallorca, across local, national, and international markets. We work on the creation of tourism products, service management, and strategic decision-making based on precise data to drive a model that protects our island.

We guarantee the integrity and security of information through robust data governance. We collect, analyse, and interpret real data to gain a precise overview of tourism in Mallorca. This allows us to improve competitiveness, maintain greater control over supply, and plan an efficient tourism strategy.
As part of our international awareness efforts, we organise the global summit for sustainable destinations alongside UN Tourism. A space for learning and environmental, social, and economic best practices.

As a public entity, transparency is the pillar that governs our activity and relationship with the public. In this space, we provide all information relating to our management: from annual accounts and statutes to the contractor profile and current grant calls. Our goal is to ensure simple and direct access to administrative procedures, regulations, and the use of resources allocated to transforming Mallorca’s tourism model.
