All of them have a <strong>special charm<\/strong> reminiscent of the Mallorca of yesteryear, with their characteristic stone houses and <strong>peaceful<\/strong>, <strong>relaxed atmosphere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/ajselva.net\/ca\/selva\">Selva<\/a>, the main village, the parish church of Sant Lloren\u00e7 stands majestically on a promontory, with the mountains as a backdrop, boasting a Gothic fa\u00e7ade and a monumental staircase leading up to it. In <a href=\"https:\/\/ajselva.net\/ca\/caimari\">Caimari<\/a>, the Vella church, a small oratory from the 18th century, and the parish church of the Immaculada Concepci\u00f3, from the 19th century, stand out. In <a href=\"https:\/\/ajselva.net\/ca\/moscari\">Moscari<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ajselva.net\/ca\/biniamar\">Biniamar<\/a>, it is worth taking a stroll to contemplate the traditional architecture of their houses. <a href=\"https:\/\/ajselva.net\/ca\/binibona\">Binibona<\/a> is the smallest village, with only a few inhabited houses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The beautiful narrow mountain road that crosses the villages of Selva and Caimari is one of the main accesses to the Serra de Tramuntana. On leaving Caimari towards Lluc, on the left, you will find ses <strong>Rotes de Caimari<\/strong>. This is a complex of great ethnological and scenic value made up of <strong>terraces <\/strong>of <strong>olive trees<\/strong>, built using the <a href=\"https:\/\/caminsdepedra.conselldemallorca.es\/en\/dry-stone-work\">dry stone<\/a> <strong>technique<\/strong>, together with huts and stone walls. There is a viewpoint with parking space.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>cam\u00ed vell de Lluc<\/strong>, the old path of Lluc, forms part of the Art\u00e0-Lluc <a href=\"https:\/\/caminsdepedra.conselldemallorca.es\/en\/ruta-arta-lluc-gr-222\">GR 222<\/a> hiking route. This mountain route, documented as far back as the 13th century, ends at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lluc.net\/en\/\">Lluc sanctuary<\/a>, a place of pilgrimage since time immemorial. The route crosses the <strong>commune of Caimari<\/strong>, an extensive protected public space covered with pine, wild olive and holm oak forests.<\/p>\n<p>As for <strong>traditional fairs<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorca.es\/ca\/-\/fira-de-ses-herbes?classNameId=27801&amp;classPK=73737\">Fira de les Herbes<\/a> (the Herbs Fair) takes place in Selva on the second Sunday in June, dedicated to aromatic and medicinal plants, with small stalls where you can buy all kinds of products made from herbs: rosemary, orange blossom, myrtle\u2026 And on the third Saturday and Sunday in November, in Caimari, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorca.es\/ca\/-\/fira-de-s-oliva?classNameId=27801&amp;classPK=73798\">Fira de l'Oliva<\/a> (the Olive Fair) is held, a unique opportunity to get to know the culture of olive oil in Mallorca, learn how it is made and visit the old olive oil mill.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the year, <a href=\"https:\/\/satafonadecaimari.com\/\">Sa Tafona de Caimari<\/a>, at the entrance to the village, offers oil <strong>tasting <\/strong>and the <strong>sale <\/strong>of typical products and, during the harvesting season, you can see the entire oil production process.\u00a0<\/p>","cta":"","2_columnas":false,"color_de_fondo":""}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
