(gesch\u00fctzte geografische Angabe) gesch\u00fctzt ist. Ihre Spiralform, ihre fast gl\u00e4nzende goldene Farbe und ihre feste, knusprige Textur machen sie unverwechselbar. Die Schl\u00fcsselzutat ist Schweineschmalz (sa\u00efm), das ihre geschmeidige Beschaffenheit bestimmt. Sie werden sowohl im Gro\u00dfformat f\u00fcr Feierlichkeiten als auch in kleinen Portionen f\u00fcr den t\u00e4glichen Verzehr in B\u00e4ckereien (forns) und Caf\u00e9s hergestellt.\r\n\r\nAndererseits ist die Mandel aus Mallorca (g.g.A.) seit Jahrhunderten eine Grundzutat. Mit ihr werden K\u00f6stlichkeiten wie die Coca de Turr\u00f3n, Mandelmilch oder Eis hergestellt, die zusammen mit dem ber\u00fchmten Gat\u00f3 (Mandelkuchen) die exquisitesten Desserts der typischen mallorquinischen K\u00fcche bilden.\r\n\r\nZudem bieten die Mandelhaine zwischen Januar und M\u00e4rz mit ihrer Bl\u00fcte ein einzigartiges Landschaftsschauspiel. Bei den Schlachtfesten (Matances) werden auch der exklusive Camaiot, Botifarrons und Longanizas hergestellt. Die Llangonissa (ca. 300g) ist f\u00fcr den sofortigen Verzehr gedacht, w\u00e4hrend die Arrissades (ca. 800g) typisch f\u00fcr die mittelfristige Lagerung sind.\r\n\r\nUm diese Aromen abzurunden, garantiert der Honig aus Mallorca (Marke \u00c9smel) h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t. Er ist die Seele von Gerichten wie dem Quark (Brossat) und ein luxuri\u00f6ses Element als Beilage zu Turr\u00f3n, Marzipan und Biskuitkuchen von unvergleichlichem Geschmack.\r\n<h2>Oliven\u00f6l aus Mallorca: Unser fl\u00fcssiges Gold<\/h2>\r\nDer Olivenanbau auf der Insel reicht bis in die vorr\u00f6mische Zeit zur\u00fcck. Das Oliven\u00f6l aus Mallorca besitzt seit 2002 die gesch\u00fctzte Ursprungsbezeichnung (D.O.P.) \u201eOli de Mallorca\u201c.
