Die Weinlese ist das Symbol der mediterranen Kultur und ein wichtiger Moment im Jahr der Stadt. Im September wird die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorca.es\/de\/-\/festes-des-vermar-de-binissalem-2?classNameId=27801&amp;classPK=73995\">Festa des Vermar<\/a> (Fest der Weinlese) gefeiert, begleitet von einem umfassenden Programm an Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Workshops, Ausstellungen, Umz\u00fcge, \u00f6ffentliches Keltern, und Volkst\u00e4nze.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer wichtiger Termin ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorca.es\/de\/-\/fira-de-la-pedra-i-l-artesania?classNameId=27801&amp;classPK=164364\">Fira de la Pedra<\/a> (Fest des Steins) im Mai. Dieses Volksfest bietet eine weitere Gelegenheit, die Besonderheit dieses St\u00e4dtchens kennenzulernen, die Steinbearbeitung. Sie k\u00f6nnen Steinmetzen und Bildhauern bei der Arbeit zusehen, und es werden Arbeiten aus Stein wie Skulpturen, Brunnen und sonstige Bauten ausgestellt. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apropos <strong>Architektur<\/strong>: der alte <strong>Stadtkern<\/strong> von Binissalem bietet eine Reihe von architektonischen Juwelen, die zu den bedeutendsten Mallorcas z\u00e4hlen, und wurde 1983 zum <strong>historischen Standort<\/strong> proklamiert. Besonders ins Fokus sollte man die Kirche Nostra Senyora de Robines und die Gruppe an <strong>Herrenh\u00e4usern <\/strong>aus der Zeit zwischen dem 18. und dem 19. Jahrhundert nehmen. Einige dieser H\u00e4user laden zu einem Besuch ein, darunter das <strong>Can Gelabert<\/strong> de la Portella, wo der Schriftsteller Lloren\u00e7 Moy\u00e0 (1916-1981) lebte, oder das <strong>Can Sabater<\/strong>, der Wohnsitz in Binissalem des Schriftstellers Lloren\u00e7 Villalonga (1897-1980), einer der wichtigsten Vertreter der mallorcanischen Belletristik des 20.
