El terme municipal no \u00e9s gaire extens, per\u00f2 inclou el nucli tur\u00edstic de la Col\u00f2nia de Sant Jordi, lloc d\u2019estiueig molt popular. El <strong>poble <\/strong>de ses Salines \u00e9s <strong>petit <\/strong>i <strong>tranquil<\/strong>, i els elements patrimonials que en destaquen s\u00f3n: l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia parroquial de Sant Bartomeu, d\u2019estil neocl\u00e0ssic; la torre de Can Barber\u00e0 de l\u2019any 1677, al costat de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia; l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia Vella, de l\u2019any 1644, i l\u2019antic casal de Can Bonico, reconvertit en hotel boutique.\r\n\r\nAl poble i <strong>a l\u2019entorn<\/strong> s\u2019han trobat moltes <strong>restes arqueol\u00f2giques<\/strong>. Un dels elements patrimonials m\u00e9s importants \u00e9s el jaciment arqueol\u00f2gic <strong>dels Antigors<\/strong>, als afores del poble. El poblat talai\u00f2tic data de l\u2019any 1000 aC i s\u2019hi conserven restes tant de talaiots com de la murada que envoltava el poblat.\r\n\r\nAl <strong>nucli tur\u00edstic<\/strong> de la <strong>Col\u00f2nia <\/strong>de <strong>Sant Jordi<\/strong> hi ha un port pesquer petit i una gran oferta d\u2019hotels, bars i restaurants. Per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s destacat s\u00f3n les <strong>platges <\/strong>i cales <strong>d\u2019arena<\/strong> de la zona, algunes de les m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tiques de l\u2019illa, com els extensos arenals de les platges des Dol\u00e7, es Coto i es Carb\u00f3.\r\n\r\nPer als amants de la natura, a la Col\u00f2nia de Sant Jordi hi ha el <strong>centre de visitants del Parc Nacional Maritimoterrestre de l\u2019arxip\u00e8lag de Cabrera<\/strong>\r\ni del port surten les barques per anar a Cabrera. Part de l\u2019\u00e0rea de la Col\u00f2nia tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 inclosa en el <strong>Parc Natural Maritimoterrestre des Trenc-Salobrar de Campos<\/strong>, <strong>espai natural protegit<\/strong> de gran riquesa ecol\u00f2gica i paisatg\u00edstica, que compr\u00e8n un nombre significatiu d\u2019h\u00e0bitats diferents: sistemes dunars, boscos de pins i savines, zones humides, \u00e0rees de cultiu, salines i extenses praderies de posid\u00f2nia o alga de vidriers (Posidonia oceanica), planta marina aut\u00f2ctona de la mar Mediterr\u00e0nia.\r\n\r\nLa sal \u00e9s un producte molt representatiu de la zona. Les <strong>salines <\/strong>de la Col\u00f2nia de Sant Jordi s\u00f3n de les m\u00e9s antigues de la Mediterr\u00e0nia, del segle iv aC. L\u2019activitat salinera s\u2019hi mant\u00e9 i, a final d\u2019abril, se celebra la <strong>Fira de Sal i Salaons<\/strong>, una fira tem\u00e0tica dedicada a la sal, on es pot comprar sal de la salinera i tota mena de \u00a0productes derivats, aix\u00ed com sal d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos, conserves en sal i esp\u00e8cies, etc. A m\u00e9s, es fan visites guiades a la salinera, mostra gastron\u00f2mica, d\u2019artesania, m\u00fasica\u2026","cta":"","2_columnas":false,"color_de_fondo":""}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
